The only differance between mine and a gti is a rear antiroll bar. Which i've got but not installed.

Just to confirm, this has got the 1.8 ltr DOHC Gti engine and ecu in.

Your right i was being a snob ! I got 1 and there aint many left so was put back to factory and daily drive .....mine a bit to battered for that. I've been trying to convince my mate to buy yours as he is after a track car but got his heart set on a mgzr160.. :o

That was the plan when I brought her, but monies are just getting tighter and I can't justify keeping her any longer. :-(

Glad to see she's still alive! Do miss the instant power from the GTi engine, but I love boost more..! :roll:

The car was on the low 70k miles when I bought it, and was on something around the 80-90k when I sold it, nothing considering it was a K reg.
