as far as i can see its dangerous driving and points will stay on your licence for 4 years and you can get between 3 and 11 points on your licence
dont look good and will deffo make your insurance go up bearing in mind they could make you resit your test in extreme cases
iv no idea if anyone else has been done for dangerous driving on here either
here is a link about your offence etc

yeh that was a bit naughty!!!
there are a few companies that supposedly "specialise" with convicted drivers:
http://www.expressinsurance.co.uk
http://www.adrianflux.co.uk
http://www.swinton.co.uk
http://www.menonlyinsurance.co.uk
dunno if they are any good... but gotta be worth a few phone calls :)
but i dont think your gonna get a bargain of the century anywhere :P

my mate matty got banned on a dd40 code he had to re sit his test but it was an extended one and his insurance is through the roof he was only just able to afford to insure a 1.3 CJ.
his insurance was working out to £1 per cc roughly when he was getting quotes on various motors.
you may be a bit better seeing as your ten years older than him though.

No worries Danny, just get a 1600 GLXi and in a year or so, we'll drop a GTI engine into it! ;)

Nice post! I was just wandering over internet looking for a good DUI lawyer because my sister just got caught for drunk driving. I have told her so many times to be careful. It isn’t a good thing and can be dangerous too. I am sure she will not do anything like this again.
